Nothing we make is precious. It's built from honest materials that age into character, and it's backed for its whole life — repaired, re-oiled and reupholstered by the people who made it. Here's how to look after it, and how we look after it with you.
Solid, oiled, and happiest when it's used. Dust with the grain. Oil twice a year with the balm we send — ten minutes that keeps the grain deep and the surface forgiving. A scratch usually buffs out; a heat ring usually doesn't, so felt pads and coasters earn their keep. The colour warms over years. That's the piece keeping time.
The warranty is the whole idea.
Because everything is made to order, everything can be un-made and re-made. A loose joint gets tightened. A tired cushion gets refilled. A bouclé that's earned its retirement gets a whole new cover in a whole new colour — and the piece begins again. We'd rather mend it than have you replace it. Reach out any time, for a piece bought last month or five years ago.

Made-to-order pieces are built in roughly six to ten weeks, depending on the piece and the finish — you'll see the lead time on every product page. When it's ready, our own team delivers it, assembles it, places it exactly where you want it and takes the packaging away. Complimentary, everywhere in the Emirates. No flat-pack, no doorstep drop, no boxes to break down.
